The texture will be a little looser upon arrival. You will keep your jars stored in the refrigerator (good for at least 4 weeks-can also be frozen) and it will tighten up. You can eyeball your serving. It’s not a man made drug or medicine, so there’s no hard measurement to it or a such thing as “overdosing” on it. It just so happens to be an all natural superfood thats so good for us that we only need small amounts at a time to reap the benefits. You take (AT LEAST) 2 nice sized tablespoons a day. Once first thing in the morning (preferably before breakfast) and then (at least) one more in the evening.
