Customer service is poor. They are slow to respond with work dates. Do not keep homeowners up to date on times. I called because the work performed did not meet expectations and they said they would call back same day....twice, and did not.

My gutters were cleaned in a timely manner. I did not appreciate having a large heavy and wet bag of the gutter detritus left on my front lawn especially since all trash in my neighborhood is collected in back.

Pat diagnosed the problem, ((ski slope roof, gutters not catching the water, rain going down the walls), gave me a date to work on the gutters and did the job as scheduled. Problem solved!

Not only has Pat's been taking care of my gutters wonderfully since I moved into my present home in 2001 but I recently had them power wash my siding. I was amazed at how clean they got the siding for such a reasonable price.

Pat's gutter service came out and cleaned my gutters that were full of leaves and ice. Before they came I had a leaky door mess. I was so thankful they came and fixed everything like new. I will use them again.
