The food is amazing with a great selection. The only thing is that you should only get the buffet during peak hours so its stocked and fresh. This is true to most buffets though. The staff is friendly.

My wife and I have been eating here for years and have nothing but great things to say about Hong Kong. The buffet has everything we love and its always hot and fresh. Service is always great and they have the best egg rolls in town.

Hong Kong is a great chinese buffet. The food is good, and plentiful. It is refilled often and the food is always hot and fresh. I think it is a little pricey for a buffet, but try it and see what you think.
