Filling Solutions LLC is located in southeast Michigan, and has 25 years of experience building custom and one of a kind fixtures and machinery. In 2001, we turned our sights on the packaging of one and two component epoxies, urethanes, and polyureas into tube cartridges and syringes. We are building solid relationships with our customers through new ideas in cartridge filling equipment that is geared to low to medium production output. All of our equipment is built for ease of use for the operator, and ease of maintenance for the repair personnel. Our filling equipment is built with the user in mind and the sometimes daunting task of filling many different cartridge sizes and various materials and viscosities. We have developed and standardized filling equipment for many of the cartridges on the market today, including: Ratio-Paks from 75ml to 750ml, 30/50ml dual syringes down to 3ml syringes, and Universal cartridges. Keeping up with tube cartridge technology, we offer two standardized filling machines for the molded Ratio-Paks and the Universal style cartridges - i.e. two-component single caulk gun style cartridge. We are able to give our customers designs that fit their needs by modifying our standard equipment for their tube cartridges and materials, while retaining our basic standard design. In doing this we are able to build cost effective filling equipment using tried and tested components that work.
