After the repair, I called my serviceman with a question, he came out within 2 hrs the same day, found another unrelated issue that was leaking from an upstairs unit into the lower unit, and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired it no charge!

out of 5 starsI had a leak under my sink, and called Pipe Monster Plumbing. My HOA has them as the recommended plumbing vendor. I made a 10 AM appointment. The plumber showed up at exactly 10 AM. He was courteous and pleasant, and fixed the leak very quickly. He also checked another issue in my bathroom, and fixed that too. I have never used this company, but would recommend them based on this experience.

The sink wasn't draining properly, and he went multiple times to his truck to get the right parts and tools to make sure he can help us solve the problem. He was friendly, professional, and now the kitchen sink drains properly! Thank you for going above and beyond, and I would recommend him and this company to others in the future.

out of 5 starsThey kept their work area clean and cleaned up when they were done. They work masks when around me. Their prices for the first project debris were very reasonable- and the sewer lateral was also reasonable as well.
