We are licensed and insured for residential general constracting. This means we can obtain all permits needed for your project. (Assuming they fit specification). We have obtained permits in Mecosta County, Isabella County, and Montcalm County. Harner Construction specializes in new construction, exterior upgrades including roofing services, interior upgrades on any residential building. We lay tile and backslash, remodel kitchens, bathrooms, mudrooms, and finish basements. We build homes, additions, garages, pole barns, or sheds. We build decks. We install windows, doors, siding, fascia, soffet, shingles, metal roofing and siding.
