At Red Effect we offer our original infrared fitness workout that combines treadmills, water rowers and the weight floor. Experience 60-minutes of high-intensity interval training in our infrared enhanced fitness studio. Our workouts are designed for all levels of fitness and are guided by our elite, certified trainers so you can feel comfortable and challenged in every session. Recover and relax in our personal infrared saunas. Each 40-minute sauna session will give you full control of the temperature, lights, and sound in your private sauna room.
