I talked to a Nancy at this place and it was a horrilble experince. if beig in an car wrake wasnt bad enough the way these people treat you is even worse. I have never been treated this bad by any company

I was charged 410 dollars to have my car pulled out of a ditch and towed 3 miles. These people are not only incomptent, but real close to being outright theives. Why the city lets them operate is beyond me.
