They were unable to fulfill an order for a basic plaque I was having made for a friend. Despite very simple instructions for an inscription, they used grammatically incorrect language of their own choosing. When I pointed this out they agreed to make the correction on the plate. Despite repeated attempts to get a status on the order, they chose instead not to reply. Seemingly, a very simple solution to satisfy a customer but Trophies by Linda instead chose the path of poor craftsmanship and even worse customer service. I can only steer customers away from this business.
