Dr. Bunting is a breast fellowship trained surgeon who completed her breast surgery fellowship at Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes Jewish Hospital. Prior to her fellowship, Dr. Bunting completed a one-year general surgery internship and a four-year general surgery residency at Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. Dr. Bunting manages all types of breast disease, both benign and malignant, including new breast masses, nipple discharge, breast pain, breast cancer and abnormal mammograms. Dr. Bunting consults with high-risk patients, such as those with a family history of breast cancer or prior breast biopsies.
