Downtown Fitness LLC. specializes in affordable one-on-one personal training, group training, and team/sports development. Group classes will be offered and the schedule will change monthly. Class sizes will be limited to first come, first serve. Training relates to all ages and genders and focuses on mental training as well as physical training in pursuit of overall wellness. We can assist with nutrition plans, workout schedules, and off-day plans that fit any lifestyle. Prices start at $25 and go up depending on requested services. Packages and prices are available upon request.
