Town & Country Bank has been a locally-owned bank for more than a century. The bank was chartered in 1894 as Dent County Bank in Salem, Missouri, owned by the Dent family, with Louis Dent as President. The Gott family purchased the bank in 1993, and remain the present-day owners. Roger Gott became the President and Chairman of the Board in 1994, and under his leadership, three small community banks were merged to become what is now known as Town & Country Bank. Today, Town & Country Bank has grown to be one of the largest community banks in South Central Missouri, serving eight Missouri communities including Salem, Rolla, Licking, Bourbon, Mountain Grove, St. James, Ava, and Pevely.Our steadfast commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers and communities is a core value that will remain constant with our continued growth.
