out of 5 starsThe seminar was great. PC Doctor's brought a new insight cyber fraud. I knew there was a lot of fraud but I was not aware of how deep the fraud went when using an electronic device. I always worry about my phone and the fraud that can produce; now I worry about my Kindle and my laptop. Banking is another opportunity for fraud. PC Doctor gave us an insight to how some of this is being done and how to prevent some of it. I wish it lasted longer so they could have covered more in-depth how cyber fraud happens and more of the necessary precautions to prevent it.

I wish it was longer and we could hear everything each speaker wanted to tell us. I would suggest adding an additional hour and give the speakers more time to go over their material.

In a matter of minutes he repaired my switch, soldering the wire and contact points together again. at no charge. He also answered questions about wifi signal boosters. I highly recommend them and will use them for future computer repair and consultations. Thanks again.

Your computer will be evaluated to troubleshoot the problem, Then you will be contacted to let you know what was found and the cost. At that time you can make a decision about whether to repair it or trash it. In my case, it was worth it to repair it. No pressure sales jobs here!!
