Pronounce "Whoop-Up" by nawny on 6/5/2008 via Citysearch

I would like to comment on the way the announcers are saying "Whoop-Up"... You are all saying it without the 'h' sound... It is not "Woop-Up".... If you can say "Who is at the door" then you need to use the same "Who" in "Whoop-Up".....…
