Ben is a consummate professional. He was meticulous with his estimate, realistic with his delivery timetable, and exceeded my expectations (not hyperbole). He conducted 2 visits prior to touching my yard, came by the day his crew got started, sent a "Fescue Care Guide" and watering cheat sheet the same day, and followed up a week after install to ensure I was following it.

From initial consultation, to execution, to follow-up, I've never had a better experience with any contractor, period.
