I have only been here once but I plan to go again. The staff is very friendly and helpful in helping you decide from the many choices. The sushi is very delicious and fresh.

Kubo has something for everyone. Sushi is great and the hibachi grill is tasty and entertaining. Lunch boxes are very affordable and the best in town. Love the Spicy Chilean Sea bass Bento box

A very upscale sushi bar, Kubo's has very fine sushi, on par with the Pan Asian cuisine of Seattle. Really great appetizers go with the sushi menu. There is also Hibachi available, good for larger groups. They smile alot here.
