Starting out with 1300 square feet of retail space in 2013, we offer current, transitional, eclectic and special one-of-a-kinds in furniture and home accessories to the North & South Carolina areas of Charlotte, Fort Mill, Indian Land, Waxhaw, Pineville, Matthews, Indian Trail, Monroe, Harrisburg, Davidson, Cornelius, Huntersville, Mooresville, Belmont, Gastonia, Concord, Unionville, Kannapolis and Rock Hill all easily accessed via 485, Hwy 51, and Hwy 521.

Once discovered by locals, word spread quickly about the uniqueness of the District 704 Home Furnishings. In late 2019 District 704 acquired a number of new brands. Becoming Urban Farmhouse Furniture Company (The Big Red Rooster) and we moved from our 13,000 sq. ft. location on Monroe Rd. to our new 22,000 sq. ft. location at 16045 Johnson Rd. Ste B Charlotte, NC 28277, due to the need for more space. More space allows us to offer you more products, more great ideas and more great savings too!
