After more than 30 years in public service, Charlie & Kim Carden decided to chase their dream of opening a restaurant. Charlie and his wife and partner, Kim Carden, tirelessly labor to see that the Pork served at Charlie's BBQ & Grille is honored with the utmost culinary respect.

At Charlie's, we are all about serving you the best in hand-pulled pork barbecue, beef brisket, barbecued chicken, and barbecued Pork Ribs. Each is pit-cooked and seasoned on premises, and all our vegetables, sauces, rubs, chicken salad, hushpuppies, and desserts are homemade from time-honored, family recipes!
Our intention at Charlie’s BBQ & Grille is to create an atmosphere of commitment and trust with our Community’s Families. And in an effort to provide each of you with a quality product that expresses our dedication to public service, we will always attempt to serve you with the highest regard to excellence! When considering your next special occasion, consider allowing us to package your Special Event or Tailgate party for pick-up at the restaurant! In addition to the great food, we will provide you with all of the plates, utensils, napkins, cups, & sauce, etc. – By choosing to pick up your food and supplies, versus our delivery and on - site services, you save a considerable amount of money!
