out of 5 starsEase came out to our complex by mistake, they should have been one block away and they dug up our water pipes from the street to the units (two out of five buildings before our maintenance man stopped by and discovered the error and they stopped), they left the dirt they dug up so uneven and all over the place (into the parking lot, all over the sidewalks), we have clumps of red dirt, roots sticking out of the ground where they dug up the near the trees and so much red mud now (I would submit photos if it were possible). When I ask if they were going to repair the damage they had caused I was told the grass seed and straw (placed right on top of the disheveled dirt, no attempt to even it back out at all) was all we were getting and we "would just have to wait for the grass to grow back". So now that they have completed 'their work' and we have up to 5" gaps beside the sidewalk and massive red mud to deal with they could care less. I know I personally would stay as far away as possible and will never consider this unprofessional company for any plumbing needs, large or small.
