Meet Frank Coletto and Donna Hansen-Coletto, owner/operators of the Lincoln and Catawba county Heaven's Best Carpet Cleaning franchise. They have been operating their business since 2011 and provide carpet and Upholstery cleaning service to Denver, Lincolnton, Newton, Conover, and Hickory as well as the rest of their two county area. Frank and Donna have won several awards for Customer Satisfaction. Most recently, the 2013, 2014 and 2015 Angie's List "Super Service Award" for 100% Customer Satisfaction and all three years have received recognition from their franchisor for superior customer service.
