I am a mortgage consultant with NEXA Mortgage. I have over 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry. I have over 22 years experience in working with clients that have had a previous Chapter 13 bankruptcy or may be currently in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. A lot of potential homebuyers (and clients that are interested in refinancing their home) don't know that FHA & VA guidelines allow for clients to purchase or refinance a home while currently in a Chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have also worked with conventional & USDA loans. My passion is seeing the smile on homebuyers face as they are at the closing table accomplishing their lifelong dream of owning a home.
