Home Spec of NC has been in the fields of construction, remodeling and building science for more than 35 years and retains its NC contractors and plumbing licenses. Utilizing our 18 years as a licensed home inspection company, we conduct a thorough and complete inspection of residential and commercial properties in northeastern North Carolina and southeastern Virginia, including the Albemarle area, Virginia Beach, Norfolk, Ahoskie and Williamston.

We also offer regular inspections of your crawl space and attic for routine maintenance issues.
