Didn't know how much better I could feel...

I have known Amy through business for a couple of years (travel to NC for work once a year) and finally had time to explore what she could do for me. I am admittedly a skeptic when it comes to a lot of bodywork. I feel a lot of it is a band-aid instead of getting to the root of the issue. Well, I am a skeptic no more! I am a believer in Amy's process. Her cross-modality, customized treatment literally changed my life. I had just learned to live with a base level of some pain & lack of mobility for YEARS. In just one treatment she has freed me from chronic pain & limited movement. I wish I was in NC more often to have her work on me more often as sports-related issues come up. So grateful.
