we went to cici's about 2 weeks ago and were charged the full price for 2 buffets. if the 3.99\r special is until 3-28-10 why were charged full price? time was around 4pm

Great prize, friendly service, great food! Their pizza buffet is always fresh and clean, their salad bar is great too. The staff are really friendly and always help.
