In college, I studied my two passions: science and music. I love how these seemingly different fields combine critical thinking, scientific investigation and the opportunity to work with others to creatively solve problems. Those are the same reasons I love cardiology; I get to investigate and understand patient concerns, and work with other providers to address them. \n I have worked in both inpatient and outpatient cardiology, helping patients with everything from heart disease care to care surrounding heart transplants. I focus on being detail-oriented and respectful. I listen carefully to my patients so I can understand what is important to them, and then I work to create unique treatment plans with those goals in mind. I want each patient to get the heart health education and medical care that enhances their well-being. \n When I am not at work, you can often find me and my husband with our daughter and our dogs. I enjoy gardening, baking, hiking, traveling, playing the piano and performing string chamber music.
