Dr. Patrick Kelley is a board-certified ophthalmologist and surgeon, specializing in cornea disease, refractive surgery, and cataract surgery. He also treats macular degeneration, diabetes, and glaucoma. After graduating from the University of Maryland and the Medical College of Ohio, Dr. Kelley completed a fellowship in Corneal and Refractive Surgery at the University of Texas Medical Center. He served as Chief Ophthalmologist at several U.S. Air Force bases, earning numerous military honors. Practicing in Columbus, Norfolk, and West Point, he provides personalized care using the latest ophthalmic technology.
