HyVee says it is an employee owned company and because of this, the service is very good. The cashiers and clerks are friendly and helpful, and the prices are great. They are very nice about taking coupons and the like.

the food is great, but the pries are too high. you can get the same items at other omaha area stores for much cheaper. if you're looking for status, it's good, but not for a budget.
