What drew me to nursing and cardiology was the opportunity to support patients both physically and emotionally. In cardiology, it is fulfilling to educate my patients and their families about the things they can do to prevent illness and disease. I approach my patients’ care with a holistic perspective, focusing on their well-being and involving them in decision-making. Listening to your concerns is crucial to me. We're all part of the same team—patients, families, and providers alike. I strive to create great communication so that your needs and concerns are heard and addressed. Your preferences and expectations for treatment are always my top priority. Education of the next generation in nursing is also important to me. I believe in lifelong learning and have enjoyed teaching nursing students as a clinical instructor.
