State HUD Rehabilitation Program” with the State of New Jersey including, but not limited to: Somerset, Ocean, Union and Middlesex counties. From new building construction, to tenant improvements, to modernisation, historic restoration and environmental clean-up, our list of satisfied clients, repeat customers and landmark projects speaks to the dedication of our talented staff. Utopia construction company is focused on a different aspect of the construction industry allowing us to be able to deliver sophisticated and cost effective products. Our sister Company A & M Plumbing and heating, provide plumbing and complete HVAC Services to the construction industry.
