Jersey Spirits Distilling Co. is a craft spirits manufacturer that locally distills Whiskey, Bourbon, Vodka, Rum, Gin, Jersey Hooch, Hopmanic and Grappa. We are located in Fairfield, NJ and are the premiere distillery in New Jersey. Our tasting room and distillery are open for tours, tastings, craft cocktails and botle sales Thursdays through Sundays as well as curbside pick up other days.
