We started Finest City Chefs in "America's Finest City", San Diego, CA after the recession of 2008. After selling my restaurants, my passion for cooking in a more personal and intimate way became possible. Both private Chefs ( long term in-home clients) and personal Chefs (small party catering) became what drives our company. Finding top-level professionals with the same love for cooking has been a worthwhile endeavor. Now with a team of elite chefs, that we personally interview and train, FCC is providing our clients with the best of the best in the industry. Johnson and Wales University, Culinary Arts, La Varenne, Ecole de Cuisine, Paris, France. California Culinary Academy, Le Cordon Bleu, Le Sommelier, CIA, and other great schools laid the groundwork for the FCC extensive career platform that is at your service!
