JW Appraiser came to our home was 45minutes late excused herself to our bathroom came out and said she forgot a paper. She said she return the next day she call 2 days later gave me a time. I had to leave work early then she never showed.
I consider her very unprofessional and disorganized .
There are much better appraisers out there.
