A ku¨rto?sh/chimney cake (known as ku¨rto?skala´cs in Hungarian) is a sweet pastry with a crispy, flavored outside and a soft, fluffy inside. We offer them as a traditional ku¨rto?sh and filled with ice cream, but our specialty is baking ku¨rto?sh on-site at private events. What makes our process unique is that we learned & experienced the craftsmanship firsthand while living & immersing ourselves in the ku¨rto?sh culture in Budapest, Hungary.
