Hi, I'm a Psychotherapist, an RN and a Family Therapist. I see both individuals and couples /adults 21+. I'm very interactive. You may come to realize that many of the feelings you are having are perfectly normal. Often feelings are important information. It's OK to feel badly or be uncertain of how exactly you feel. It's what we can do together to sort this out and work towards feeling better. Let's get you back on track or work towards a new "normal". Life can be difficult and overwhelming. In a safe, professional and supportive atmosphere we can figure this out and work things through.
