We take pride in aiding our families to locate & secure support services so individuals can live as they choose. We exploit every option available within the community to facilitate the development of an individualized plan that represents the whole person. Together, based on wants/needs, real goals are established and a plan is developed. Family and friends are encouraged to participate as the individual selects the services that best meet his/her needs.
