My wife purchased an artist-signed turquoise pendant from this store which cost over $500. Once we got home, we subsequently noticed that the pendant was crooked. Unfortunately, when we returned to the store a year later, (we live 4 states away), the store clerk, Gwen, refused to let us have any type of store credit, refund or any type of consideration whatsoever. Unfortunately, we will never buy anything from this store. Warpath - the name of the business is apt - Gwen is on the warpath. No stars.
