Desert Shade Apartments is a clean, well-maintained, and pet friendly apartment complex. It is conveniently located one block north of Mesquite Boulevard on a quiet street. From the complex you have easy access to stores, banks, casinos, and other businesses in Mesquite. At Desert Shade Apartments there are large shade trees, grassy areas, and picnic areas, along with desert landscape throughout the site. Onsite there is a pool, hot tub, laundromat, and management office. Parking spots are conveniently located near all apartment units. Our Updated, as well as our standard, apartments are clean and in excellent condition. All apartments include a porch/patio and walk-in closets. Most bottom floor units have washer and dryer hookups. Your rent includes Cable TV with 79 channels. At Desert Shade Apartments the water, sewer, and garbage will be billed to your unit. The utility charge per month will be from $47.00 - $59.00 based on the number of tenants in your unit. The only utility you will be required to put in your name is electricity. You may also choose to have phone or internet at an additional fee. Desert Shade allows up to two pets under 25 pounds in some units with an additional monthly pet charge of $20 for the one pet and $30 for two pets. An additional pet deposit will be required.
