I've helped dozens of clients build lower body strength, postural alignment and find confidence in their bodies through training and goal achievement to finally have a body they love when they look in the mirror. I'm a Performer turned Personal Trainer who has a passion for investing in her clients and ensuring they succeed. I'm high energy, with attention to detail who will always be a motivating presence in our session. I believe customized fitness and knowledge of the body should be accessible to everyone.
