Phil's Barbershop has been Peekskill's favorite barber for more than 50 years. Now located at 175 White Street. Buchanan, (about 1/2 mile from Peekskill), Phil's offers all modern and traditional barber services including haircuts and hot-towel shaves. Phil's serves men, women and kids in Peekskill Buchanan, Montrose, Crugers, Verplanck, Cortland and Peekskill. We offer traditional barber services for men looking for a great Barber in Westchester. We offer hot towel shaves and finish every haircut with our traditional straight-edge razor neck shave. Kids love our gentle manor and the barber car to reduce stress and make every haircut enjoyable. If your child has autism, special needs or sensory issues, our staff do everything to ensure that every haircut is a great haircut. Women are especially welcome--and unlike other hair salons, we charge women the same price as men.
