Dr. Macron is a Board-Certified Physiatrist (Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation specialist), has a background in non-surgical sports and spine care. His emphasis is on the use of non-pharmacological and non-surgical means, such as physical therapy and image-guided procedures, to optimize the patients function and activity. His practice includes the diagnosis and care of the back, neck, and tailbone pain, as well as nerve pain originating from these areas and radiating to the limbs, such as sciatica-type pains. Dr. Macron routinely performs spinal procedures such as epidural injections, facet joint procedures, and injections of the large joints like hips, knees, shoulders and the sacroiliac joint. He also performs impar ganglion blocks and injections of the sacrococcygeal joint for tailbone pain.
