Mr. Johnson is the inspector you need to inspect your future home. Five years ago, I had a different inspector. The inspector failed to detect a gas leak, which almost ended badly for my family. The inspector said – “hey, sometimes you miss something.” Hiring Mr. Johnson was a complete 180-degree experience. Mr. Johnson was thorough pre-inspection, thorough during the inspection, and thorough post-inspection. He left no stone unturned – (he literally turned stones), he went in the wall socket to help me locate the cable wires, he tested every single outlet, he walked around the grounds as if he was creating a topographical map, he made post-purchase suggestions, he gave me his word he would help me with some home repair issues, and he pointed out things beyond your boiler is hot. I am a novice, and I openly admit I’m not skilled in any of the things necessary to fix a home. He made it understandable and reassuring. I was afraid of all that could go wrong on such an expensive purchase. His inspection knowledge and findings made it a more reasonable idea to go forward with my purchase. I would recommend Mr. Johnson to my family and friends. And I would invite him over for the family barbecue.
