there's no business up for the astoria location or the sister location in bayside :[

BUT

joining ILKB astoria was the best decision i've ever made, no joke. i'm not a gym person and so i wanted to do something different to help my mental health. everyone is here to do the same thing and it's awesome. the atmosphere and staff - extremely positive. every instructor is dedicated and always willing to help you. place is clean and business is organized. 100% worth the money.
