It was my first time visiting your Restaurant by Arun Delarosa on 10/12/2020

It was my first time visiting your Restaurant and i was very satisfied with the service that you guys provided on that day. The waiters were all very professional and very friendly. I would like to say that everyone was always accommodating and helpful when needed. Thank you so much for your kindness, guys!

Great Staffs by Alfie-James Donald on 8/20/2020

A five-star rating for this restaurant. Great atmosphere, a wide range of entrees and mains, quality food, and refreshing drinks. A great food experience that’s best shared in a group. All of the staff as well were very accommodating and knows their stuff well. Thank you for a great night. Highly recommended to everyone.

I've been here twice before and my recent 3rd trip was just as consistently enjoyable. Their reputation as one of the top restaurants in New York City is well deserved. The dishes are meticulously prepared, wait staff is always prompt and…

Excellent service and delicious food by Alexis I via Insider Pages on 3/31/2010

My favorite restaurant for special occasions. Excellent service and delicious food. I have been here several times and I am never disappointed. In a city with 20,000 restaurants, for me this one stands apart.

Excellent food and the highest of service standards without the stuffy formal atmosphere of other high end restaurants. Very relaxed setting. Would recommend anytime for special occasion lunches. Loved the baby beets with spiced nuts and…

Simply said, "THIS IS MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT IN NEW YORK." Wow. The decor is incredibly beautiful. There are always fresh flowers. The bar is beautiful. The ceilings are high and the colors put you at rest. The service....it is the best in…

Great food but less than friendly service by Jennifer J via Insider Pages on 1/5/2010

The food here is great, the atmosphere is nice, but every time I've been here, the service has been unfriendly. It's such an anomoly. Aren't these the same people that own 11 Madison Park, Tabla and Union Sq Cafe? All those restaurants…

Why does this restaurant not have five full stars?? by snandan via Citysearch on 12/11/2009

I have had many excellent meals around the world but I have yet to see another restaurant that combines excellent food and service in an elegant setting with a low key, comfortable atmosphere the way Gramercy Tavern does. I also think the…

Great dining experience! by CBW Travel via Citysearch on 10/25/2009

Seriously. This was one of my favorite dining experiences worldwide. I think because I like good food but not stuffy places, this was a perfect match for me. We sat in the front room within the buzz of the lively bar scene and enjoyed 4…

A temple of seasonal small-farm cooking at its best. by Josh Ozersky via Citysearch on 9/19/2009

Gramercy Tavern was already a New York institution under founding chef Tom Colicchio. But Colicchio's replacement, Michael Anthony, took the restaurant's vision of classical American cookery and commitment to local seasonal ingredients to…

Really nice meal by exeunt via Citysearch on 6/18/2009

We ate in the more casual dining room and found it to be a really pleasant space to eat. The bar is also located in the same space so it added some liveliness to the place. The more formal dining area is exquisitely decorated but seemed…
