Designed and developed in Melbourne, Australia—Neon & Co. is the brainchild of expert hair stylist and colourist Deb Pereira. Having spent a staggering 34 years plus in the hair and beauty industry, Deb felt it was high time she created a haircare system her clients could really trust to nourish and protect their hair while delivering outstanding results. Harnessing the incredible goodness of glycolic acid and fusing it with vitamin-packed natural oils (almond, macadamia, Kakadu plum and grape seed) our formulas care and repair the hair from the inside out. Clever huh? Okay, so it’s not rocket science. It’s about selecting really, really good ingredients.
