Tick Tock Diner by R S on 4/10/2009 via Insider Pages

Good location and great menu selection. The service wasn't great, but it seems that is pretty standard for NYC. The prices are good too. Especially convenient if you are staying at the New Yorker Hotel which is adjacent.

late night diner by becca o on 1/20/2009 via Insider Pages

This place is a good stop for late night diner food. Prices are reasonable, and it's convenient to get to. Hamburgers and sandwiches are standard, but they do the trick.

Good place to hang out by Catherine K on 10/29/2008 via Insider Pages

This place is the perfect place for hanging out after a long night out. The food is decent, just like the service and the prices. Convenient location makes this place excellent.

The food and service at Tick Tock is average. The prices were not bad. the chocolate shake I had tasted like Ensure. The service was decent and the space itself was rather spacious by NYC standards. I would go back here if I couldn't think…

I ate here once with a friend after a night out in the city and it wasn't too bad, I would have to say I've been to better diners, but the food was actually pretty good and the service was ok. The great thing about this place is that its…

The place is large compared to many other diners and the food is really good, along with a friendly staff, makes the experience eating here a wonderful thing. I would fef recommend checking this place out at least once.

A Late Night Favorite by Alexandra D. on 12/6/2006 via Judy's Book

I have never actually visited Tick-Tock in the daylight! It's on the far corner across the block from my apt. so if I'm taking a cab uptown, I can't miss it. I've been many times with friends after a night out and it's just the perfect…

Passable Diner by Susan S. on 7/25/2006 via Judy's Book

If you are in the area (stuck waiting for your friend from Delaware's delayed Amtrak train at Penn Station? just dropped off your taxes at the Farley Post Office?), you may be tempted to stop in the Tick Tock Diner for a bite to eat. …

Good food anytime by Kelly D on 11/23/2005 via Insider Pages

The service at this diner is decent. There usually is no wait for seats and the food is served in a short amount of time. The sandwiches that I've tried are good (I had one with mushrooms, chicken and swiss cheese the last time). …

Yum by Kim T on 11/6/2005 via Insider Pages

This is a very good diner. They make very good sandwiches and wraps. Be bold and order something that you normally wouldn't at a diner. The diner is very spacious and the staff are very accomidating.
