I Love Adams Fairacre Market by CJ P via Insider Pages on 3/18/2011
I grew up in rural NY with farm stands and Weagmans. When I discovered Adams it brought back those wonderful days of my youth when freshnes, quality, and customer service meant something. I do not live close to Adams, but I make it there…
huge slection but too pricey by michelle i via Insider Pages on 7/5/2009
I went there first time for garden supplies and decor. I thought prices were extremely high especially for the garden decor. Bagged seed and supplies can be bought down the road for less at Home Depot. Walking through this store was a fun…
Our Favorite! by Eileen C. via Judy's Book on 3/5/2009
I hate to grocery shop, but I love to shop at Adams. Everything is top rate...food, selection, specialty items and staff! Family, kid and elder friendly. My son even found clotted cream, which he missed from his time living in London. …
not to be missed! by Heather M. via Judy's Book on 12/24/2006
If you're anywhere near Newburgh, this is a definite stop you should make. Main reason - excellent natural food section. You could easily spend an hour browsing just the fresh produce! Everything seems to be grown locally, great quality…
Nice diversion from grocery shopping by Jessica S. via Judy's Book on 5/26/2006
Adams Fairacre Farms is a winner all the way around. I've shopped here since the store, on Route 300 at the intersection of 17K, opened several years back. However, I'd never entered their gift section. It turns out the gift shop at Adams…
I could get lost in Adams! by Jessica S. via Judy's Book on 4/11/2006
When I say I could get lost in Adams, it's a good thing, trust me. When you enter the store, you're practically intoxicated by the fresh produce. Even in the dead of winter when other grocery stores have next to nothing, the fruits and…
Terrific produce and a good greenhouse by blissful j. via Judy's Book on 4/8/2006
My friend kept referring to Adam's as a "gourmet" grocery store. I laughed, but it's true. They have very fresh, flavorful local produce, good quality meats, and brands that you normally find in health food stores. The greenhouse has a…
Upscale Market in the Burbs by Pat B. via Judy's Book on 12/15/2005
Adams is an experience. On a recent visit during a pre-holiday weekend, there were carolers in the aisles, horse drawn carriages in the parking lot taking folks on rides and of course, a big fat guy in a red suit who was laughing while…
Great Store by M M via Insider Pages on 11/30/2005
This store has a lot to offer. The bakery items and produce are always so fresh. The garden plants and flowers always look great. They carry a lot of gourmet items. I love the great bakery items and the candy section. The bakery…
Nice place, filled with unusual goodies by Denise W via Insider Pages on 11/27/2005
This store is filled to capacity with everything farm market plus gourmet candies, wonderful plants and the best cheeses anywhere.
There is always a nibble or nosh out to try in the cheese dept. This store also carries a wonderful line…
Adams Fairacre Farms Gift Shop by Vennie M via Insider Pages on 11/26/2005
A quaint little gift shop with a nice selection of gifts, although, at times the selections do get stale. I don't think the women working in this store are friendly at all and so this puts me off from time to time. The gift shop, is…
Cold cuts, seafood and vegetables by Habib E via Insider Pages on 11/24/2005
This is the best store for fresh produce in the area. It is far cheaper then the national and local chain stores and the quality of the produc is also far superior. I would not shop anywhere else but here.
Country Store by Sanjeev R via Insider Pages on 11/22/2005
Adams is a huge supermarket that has a very country feel to it. It sells lots of products that you don't find at normal supermarkets and has some of the freshest produce, flowers, and baked goods anywhere in Newburgh.
Great place by Ron W via Insider Pages on 10/15/2005
This store is just amazing, with a little bit of everything. The produce is awesome and the staff are friendly and helpful. The fresh flowers are gorgeous and the prices are reasonable.
Great Fruits, Vegetables and Lots of Other Things by Pat W. via Judy's Book on 7/13/2005
If you're in the market for quality fruits and vegetables, fresh meat and seafood, delicious bakery items and a superior delicatessan, Adam's is the place for you. It offers a wide range of products, many of which are not offered in…
