MedlyCare is an organization that offers a community based service for medication adherence at no cost to the patient. We pride ourselves by encouraging patients taking multiple medications daily to take them as prescribed by their doctor. Our "Medication Adherence Program" promotes this by sending text reminders to patients when it is time to take their medication(s). We work with participating pharmacies that organize medication using specialized sealed packaging and offer free delivery to the patient's home. A care team consisting of patient, caregiver, physician, and pharmacist is uniquely designed to coordinate communication for the patient's well being and their safety. We accept all insurance.
