Founded in 1896 by Pharmacist Herman Merk the pharmacy is the oldest pharmacy in Westchester County, third oldest in New York, and a landmark of the South East Yonkers landscape.We are family owned and operated, and place great emphasis on customer service. We specialize in patient counseling, compounded medications, sports and nutritional supplements, natural health products, and gluten-free products and information. The title says it all. These are knowledgeable, caring folks who remember you and look out for you. I'd never switch to a mail-order plan, even though it may be less costly. You can't buy what the folks at Merk have to offer.
