Naturally leavened, organic, fresh milled, bread. Handcrafted pastry and viennoiserie. El Camino means "The Way" in Spanish. To us, this means the way things are done, or better yet, the way they should be done. Doing things right is the way to another place, a sacred place. That's why Ryan mills flour by hand and Megan makes pastries and viennoiserie the way they do in Europe and we change our ingredients based on the seasons. Artisan products for people that like flavor and crumb and texture.
