As a badass district prosecutor, Hillary Zashin has always been a force to be reckoned with. But when it came to her strength, she just hadn’t found a workout in Cleveland that left her feeling as physically strong as she was mentally. After a trip to LA introduced her to hardcore Pilates, she knew she had found her secret weapon. She and her team opened up shop in Cleveland in February of 2017 using her love of rock n’ roll music as her guidebook. Now, CORUS45 is absolutely booming and Hillary's team (the Headliners!) are crafting the strongest bodies in Cleveland. CORUS45 was born out of a love of music, and the brand name inspiration came from the part of the song that really brings people together. Our fitness philosophy is exactly the same—we are all in it together. Inside the studio, we are all one Cru¨e. Everyone is equal and working through their personal struggles to break barriers. CORUS45 creates physical strength and mental discipline that is unmatched. CORUS45 classes consist of high intensity, low impact interval training done against spring tension. Expect slow, controlled movements that deeply engage the core and posterior chain. Cardio, strength training, and stretching are all combined in not just every class but in every move. Our Headliners are specially trained to provide a personal training experience in a group setting, and every single Cru¨e Member receives hands-on attention. Athletes of all levels and backgrounds are welcomed with Open Arms (excuse the Journey pun!). Dark lighting and loud music set the stage for Cleveland’s most body rocking workout.
